Groups skate every other week. 8 sessions per group.

Format

Build your game all season long! This 8-session program is designed for youth hockey players who want to improve their skating and skills during the season. Each week focuses on different parts of the game in a fun, supportive environment that helps players gain confidence while learning new techniques.

SPEED

Learn to skate faster, turn quicker, and use your edges to move more smoothly on the ice. These sessions will help players feel more balanced and confident in their stride.

DEFENSE

A focus on the defensive side of the game. Work on stick positioning, gap control, and making smart plays in your own zone.

DEKING, DANGLING & DECEPTION

Stickhandling fun! Players will learn how to control the puck in tight spaces, make creative moves, and use fakes to get past defenders.

HOCKEY IQ

Hockey isn’t just about skating and shooting—it’s also about thinking the game. These sessions help players learn to read plays, find open teammates, and make smart decisions.

SHOOTING & SCORING

Everyone loves scoring goals! These practices focus on learning high score areas of the ice, shooting with proper form, improving accuracy, and finishing around the net.

50% of registration fee is non-refundable and due upon registration; remaining 50% processed two weeks prior to program start. If payment is not received by the due date, your spot will be given to a player on the waiting list.
